Stree 2 set to replace Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan as highest-grossing Hindi film of all time in India

Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor-starrer Stree 2 is just Rs 4 crore short of replacing Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan as the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time at the domestic box office after a successful fourth weekend in theatres, according to latest trade reports out on Monday.
The Amar Kaushik-helmed horror comedy film collected Rs 551.44 crore nett by Monday, according to the makers.
The Atlee-helmed action thriller Jawan had earned Rs 555 crore nett in India in 2023. However, Stree 2 is unlikely to beat Jawan’s total collection across languages (Rs 643 crore nett).
