‘Missing jewels’ from bank locker found intact, says SBI

Gold valuables which allegedly went missing mysteriously from a locker of the State Bank of India (SBI) was found intact, said the bank in a statement.

In a complaint filed with the Sadashiva Nagar police, one Bindu C.D., alleging theft of valuables from her locker maintained at the State Bank of India, Dollars Colony Branch, New BEL Road, Bengaluru, said that approximately 145 grams of gold ornaments, diamond jewellery, and other valuables stored in her locker had allegedly gone missing. A First Information Report (FIR) was registered at Sadashivanagar Police Station, and a formal investigation was commenced.
