Step 1: Make the Kofta
- Mix mashed potatoes, paneer, corn flour, salt, garam masala, and red chili powder.
- Stuff each kofta ball with a few raisins and cashews.
- Roll into small balls and deep-fry until golden brown. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Gravy
- Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds.
- Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, cook until raw smell disappears.
- Add tomato puree, cashew paste, and spices. Cook until oil separates.
- Add water and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in fresh cream and mix well.
Step 3: Assemble & Serve
- Just before serving, add koftas to the gravy and let them soak for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with more cream and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with naan, roti, or jeera rice.
