Step 1: Make the Kofta

  1. Mix mashed potatoes, paneer, corn flour, salt, garam masala, and red chili powder.
  2. Stuff each kofta ball with a few raisins and cashews.
  3. Roll into small balls and deep-fry until golden brown. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Gravy

  1. Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds.
  2. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, cook until raw smell disappears.
  4. Add tomato puree, cashew paste, and spices. Cook until oil separates.
  5. Add water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in fresh cream and mix well.

Step 3: Assemble & Serve

  1. Just before serving, add koftas to the gravy and let them soak for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Garnish with more cream and coriander leaves.
  3. Serve hot with naan, roti, or jeera rice.
